Once installed, you will have a performance kit with an OE look that looks as good as it performs. A 57s kit comes factory preassembled and has a removable lid to make servicing the washable air filter simple. Inside the 57s is the largest conical shaped High-Flow air filter we could fit into the kit while still using factory holes and mounting points. This extra filter size provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N OE replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversize air filter also captures and holds more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required to 100,000 miles under normal on-highway driving conditions. The air box assembly is connected to the engine with adapters made from high strength materials such as silicon and reinforced nylon that ensures long life.
