This silicone hose fits the Audi S3, SEAT Leon Cupra and Golf ED30 2.0 litre FSiT engines. It runs between the diverter valve (located at the front of the engine) and the air intake (rear of engine).
This kit is available in red, blue or black.
For the perfect installation please use stainless hose clamps.
This hose was the correct shape however the outside diameter is slightly larger and will not fit in the engine cover clips. Modified the plastic engine cover clips with reusable cable ties and all ok.
Metal spring clips need to have the small metal tang cut off to allow the clips to pass over the turbo intake pipe connector, or use the forge stainless jubilee clips.
As you would expect from Forge this DV hose is made from high quality silicone and it is thicker than the original standard factory one. Obviously it can withstand greater pressure and temperature which is why I bought it. The blue color also looks great in the engine bay.
