034Motorsport SuperDuper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System - Audi Q7 (4M) 3.0TFSI

Süpercharge the performance of your 4M Audi Q7 with the 034Motorsport SüperDüper Charger 84mm Throttle Body System. The purpose of this kit is to improve power beyond the factory throttle body found on the supercharged 3.0 TFSI engine in the 4M Q7s, in a clean and cost-effective package. The 034Motorsport SüperDüper Charger utilizes a VDO 84mm throttle body mated to a cast and machined aluminum throttle body adapter, offering a smooth transition between the larger throttle body to the supercharger inlet. Additionally, the factory accordion throttle body inlet hose is replaced with our upgraded silicone hose to enhance supercharger noise and further reduce restriction in the intake path.

This kit is designed to connect directly to the factory airbox. In testing, we found that the OEM air filter has massive flow capabilities (over 2000CFM, supporting 1000hp easily), resulting in zero flow gains from an aftermarket air filter. For those reasons, we do not provide an aftermarket air filter for this application and recommend our kit be used with the OEM air filter and air box.

034Motorsport engineers first created a CFD-optimized carbon fiber intake tube, which is a direct, high-performance replacement for the plastic factory accordion/sound deadening hose. Using CAD software and 3D scanning technology, 034Motorsport was able to optimize the cross-sectional area of the intake tube while being mindful of space constraints.

The resulting part is a functional work of art - maximizing performance given the factory space constraints and featuring smooth transitions that ensure optimal airflow to the throttle body.
