Why Change Your Tyres With Us?
Most tyre places are set up for volume. We're set up for cars people care about. Our fitting equipment handles wheels up to 22", and we take the time to avoid the kerbing and scratches that come with rushing the job.
We also stock performance rubber for track days. The Nankang NS-2R and AR-1 are both available for individual purchase, so you can replace exactly what you need.
When Should You Change a Tyre?
Keep an eye on tread depth. The legal minimum in the UK is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tread, but grip drops off noticeably before that point. Uneven wear, bulges or cracks in the sidewall all mean it's time for a replacement, too.
If you've just had a new suspension fitted or noticed pulling to one side, it's worth combining a tyre change with a wheel alignment to get the most life out of your new rubber.

What is the legal tyre tread depth in the UK?
The legal minimum tread depth is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tyre's width, around its entire circumference. Driving on tyres below this limit is an MOT failure and can result in a fine and penalty points per tyre.
Should I get a wheel alignment after changing tyres?
A wheel alignment is recommended whenever you fit new tyres. It ensures even wear across the tread and helps your tyres last longer. We offer 4-wheel alignment using our Hunter Hawkeye system.
