Ecotune 1.8TSI LPFP Upgrade | Polo GTI LPFP
A 25% larger bore that removes the factory fuel-line restriction, in a PTFE core with braided armour. E85 Compatible.
Once you're past roughly 500HP on the EA888.3 2.0T, the factory fuel lines become a tangible restriction. The rubber core and narrow bore limit what the LPFP can deliver to the HPFP, and that restriction only gets worse as power climbs. This kit replaces them entirely.
The numbers
Internal bore diameter: 25% larger than OEM
Pump duty cycle: Around 15% reduction
Working pressure: 3,000 psi
Burst pressure: 10,000 psi

▸25% increase in internal bore diameter over OEM
▸3,000 psi working pressure / 10,000 psi burst

The full fuel path, covered
Smooth-bore PTFE core with stainless steel armour braid and nylon overbraid. Chemically compatible with E85 blends without degradation. 3,000 psi working pressure, 10,000 psi burst. The internal bore is 25% larger than factory, and we see around a 15% reduction in pump duty cycle as a result, giving you measurably higher headroom with less stress on the fuelling system.
The kit runs the full fuel path. Feed line from the LPFP under the car up to the engine bay, then the engine bay line through to the HPFP. There's a join over the inlet manifold for a FlexFuel sensor, and the fittings for it are included. If you're on Reflex Flex Fuel or planning to be, it's already wired for it.
Two options, not interchangeable

Important
This listing is for fuel lines only. Ecotune Flex Fuel Kits are sold separately. The lines include the fittings to accommodate a flex sensor, but the sensor itself isn't part of this kit.
