GFB expands the DV+ range with a direct-fit solution for the weak factory diverter valve used on many European vehicles.

The solenoid coil itself from the factory-fitted valve is great (the ECU opens it faster than any pneumatic valve so why replace it?), but the weak point however is the valve mechanism itself. So GFB’s DV+ solves this problem by replacing just the valve parts with an anodised billet aluminium housing fitted with a brass piston machined to exacting tolerances.

The end result is sharper throttle response, lightning-fast valve actuation, and it will hold as much boost as you can throw at it. Read all about the DV+ story on the next page.

GFB’s DV+ solution on the other hand is more responsive, less expensive, easier to install, and doesn’t cause compressor surge/turbo flutter. Oh, and it doesn’t require different springs or frequent re-builds.

Do we ship abroad ?

Yes we do, to anywhere in the world though remember the postage is often high when shipping anything bulky. Most bulky items we export will go by UKMail so you can track the package online and could reach america within 48 hours providing its in stock !

There are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lebanon and Lithuania.

Why is postage on bulky items to some countries expensive compared to some other companies ?

For both yours and our safety we use well known couriers such as UKMail for shipping, then we know exactly where it is in the world at any time and we know its going to arrive safely. Shipping small items can be cheap, but items such as bodykits are expensive to ship - we have a very small margin on the postage fees merely to cover packaging. We can now ship using standard post on some items, however using all methods you may incur import charges when you receive the goods for which we cant be responsible for.

    So much better than stock hands down. Throttle response has improved greatly, boost when it comes on at around 2k RPM feels much more torquey. I'm certain my car is quicker off the line as well. Don't get me wrong it will not make you more boost but it utilises what you have much better. It's not to loud either. You do get a bit of a wooosh when you lift off the gas but it's by no means loud or really offensive but just enough to hear with the windows down. I had a 06H Rev C diverter in my A3 quattro 2.0 TFSI NOT one of the old diaphragm design ones and I am yet to decide on whether to install a Rev D as supposed to control boost a little better with less flutter but the old adage of not broke do t fix it rings loud in my mind. All in all the best 100 I've spent on my car to date. Instant results.

    This is a must have product for any Golf GTI. It improves throttle response and sounds more definite. My car used to hesitate when in higher gears but it doesn't anymore.

    The GFB DV+ is a MUST HAVE for any remapped 2.0fsi install took about an hour with the use of allen keys and some wd 40, it was awkward and required patience but once it was done it was well worth it, the car feels so much better to drive, boost builds faster and stronger and feels amazing, also seems as if the car now sounds better, must buy!

    Having got through 2 original spec DVs I knew I had to find a new solution. My garage fitted this part easily and now the car is quicker than it has ever been! Brilliant!
