Audi Q8 Tuning & Performance Parts

The Audi Q8 has plenty of road presence as standard, but there’s still room to make it feel more personal. At Awesome GTI, we stock Audi Q8 mods covering exterior styling, brake upgrades and useful workshop kit, with parts listed for the 3.0 TDI diesel and 3.0 TFSI V6 petrol.

Select the engine below to narrow down the range, then use the filters to find the right parts. If there’s any doubt over fitment, speak to our team before ordering. We know these cars and will help check that everything matches.

Audi Q8 Styling Parts

A front splitter gives the Q8 a lower, sharper look without fighting the original Audi styling. Side skirts and a rear diffuser can carry the same finish around the rest of the car.

Fitment follows the bumper shape rather than the engine, so check the trim level and model year on the product listing. S line bumpers often differ from standard versions, while a facelift model is the later version with revised bodywork.

Q8 parts don’t necessarily fit the SQ8 or RSQ8 either. The cars may look close enough when they’re parked together, but small differences in the bumper shape and mounting points matter once the part is out of the box. If the listing leaves any doubt, send our Manchester team the vehicle details before ordering.

Audi Q8 Tuning

The petrol 3.0 TFSI and diesel 3.0 TDI offer different tuning routes. What suits the car depends on its engine software, its current condition and any upgrades already fitted.

A remap changes the software that manages the engine, adjusting how it delivers power and Torque. Extra parts may be recommended as the intended output increases, so it helps to plan the package before filling the garage with parts bought at different times.

Browse the remapping options available through Awesome GTI, or speak to our Manchester team about the car and how it’s used. We’ll explain the available options in plain English and help put together a setup where the parts work properly together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Audi Q8 be tuned?

Yes. Both the 3.0 TFSI petrol and 3.0 TDI diesel engines have tuning options, although the available gains depend on the engine version and its current software.

A remap adjusts how the engine delivers power and Torque. Further upgrades depend on the intended output and how the Q8 is used, so speak to Awesome GTI before ordering if the car already has modifications fitted.

Is the Audi Q8 fast?

Performance depends on the engine and model year. As a guide, Audi quotes a 0–62 mph time of 5.6 seconds for the current 340 PS Q8 TFSI, which is quick for a large SUV.

The SQ8 completes the same run in 4.1 seconds, while Audi quotes 3.8 seconds for the RS Q8 and 3.6 seconds for the RS Q8 performance. Tuning results vary, so any expected figures should come from the particular software and engine combination rather than a general estimate.

Why is the Audi Q8 discontinued?

The petrol and diesel Audi Q8 hasn’t been discontinued and remains part of Audi’s UK range. The confusion usually comes from the Q8 e-tron, a separate electric model whose production ended in February 2025.

Used versions and parts for earlier Q8 models remain available, but always check the engine and model year when ordering upgrades.

What year Audi Q8 should be avoided?

There isn’t one Q8 model year that should automatically be avoided. Condition and maintenance history tell far more about a used car than its registration year alone.

Check that servicing has been completed correctly and ask whether any outstanding recalls or manufacturer campaigns apply to the vehicle. Every electrical feature should work properly, along with the air suspension where fitted. A professional inspection is sensible if the car’s history or condition leaves any doubt.

What are the most popular mods for an Audi Q8?

Exterior styling is a common starting point, particularly front splitters and rear diffusers made for the correct bumper. These parts change the finish of the car without altering how it drives.

Owners looking for extra performance often consider a remap for the 3.0 TFSI or 3.0 TDI. Brake and suspension upgrades also suit Q8s driven more enthusiastically, but the right parts depend on the model and how the car is used. Awesome GTI can help check the full setup before anything is ordered.
